WELL, WELL, WELL. . . .

Last week before I headed out of town, I rec'd an email from PayPal. You will never guess what it was! It was from Super Star Nail Lacquer! Out of the blue and weeks later, they REFUNDED me $6.95 for an overcharge in shipping. I don't know what finally brought that on, because like I say this was weeks after the initial contact about the pricey shipping. I have to think maybe my post and all of my lovely readers comments had a little something to do with it.

And while I know $6.95 is such a small amount, I mean really, $7.00 is going to make or break anything, I do appreciate that Super Star finally did the RIGHT thing and refunded me the money that they admitted was by their error. However, I can't help but think how much more positive this would have been, if they would have done this weeks ago when I contacted them.

Good customer service is priceless!

RAI - I agree! I'm just glad that they did refund the money, it just would have shed a better light on their company if they did it quicker.

SMOOCHIEFROG - Did you get your goodies yet?

When I sent them an email asking why their shipping was so high, I todl them about my blog and that several readers had left comments, so I am pretty sure that they read it.

Psh I'd take an extra dollar if they were refunding my money. Hell that dollar would go towards some new stuff! Hahah I'm a cheap-o so any money is good with me.
