VIOLET - I HAD TO SHARE THIS!!!

One of the MANY blogs I check up on everyday is Violet ~ Tales of and Ingenue. Violet's blog is full of lots of different stuff, including some nail stuff thrown in every now and again. It's a pretty good blog, you should all check it out.

Anyways----I got on it today and Violet has made Cupcake Sea Madness. Violet made this after her first attempt at making cupcakes didn't work out. As I and a couple of others noticed, poor Violet used the cup cake liners, but then didn't use a cup cake pan, they are just put in a baking dish. Violet didn't know that the liners are supposed to go into the cupcake pan, that they won't hold the batter on their own. You can CLICK HERE to see the full post on these.

Now, I have been known to have a blond moment or two in my life, so I am not by any means laughing AT her!
I just thought this was too funny & cute not to share Violet!! - I hope you don't hate me :)

I did the very same thing when I was a teenager. I'll never forget the mess it made in my mothers oven...lol! Of course,I was expected to clean up my mess! From then on...I remembered to use a muffin/cup cake pan! These moments happen to the best of us...lol!

Haha of course I'm not mad Brooke! I'm the first to laugh at inability to cook, I'm very lucky to have a savvy boyfriend to cook for me XD
Mwahahaha, I have another batch of photos I just edited from when a friend and I tried to make dinosaur shaped cookies but we used a cookies recipe which wasn't cutter-friendly and melted everywhere in a big sticky mess!

I just had to laugh at those cupcakes. At least Violet found a way to make them look "interesting"! I and 2 girlfriends made a cake for guys in a band. We immediately frosted it right out of the oven. I should have known better. It was a "hot" mess. They ate it anyway and then showed off their guitar talents.

Am I the only one that would still totally eat some of that cupcake masacre? - Maybe next time use rice paper instead of cupcake holders and then you could sell it as an edible work of art!

VELVET - YOu did? lol I bet that was a MESS to clean up!

VIOLET - Ok, sometimes things can be taken the wrong way when they are typed and I was hoping it wasn't coming off as I was making fun of you, I just thought it was really funny and cute :)

LUCY - Look at you!!! Miss band groupie (well not a GROUPIE groupie)lol I love to eat warm cake with no frosting, it tastes so sweet on its own, but once it cools down, I need my frosting!

LAURE - Violet totally did eat her cake :)

NIXXY - LMAO!
