SOME MORE DIAGONAL NAILS

I have just been loving the diagonal design I have done on my nails the past couple of days. I have been konading over it though, and last night I wanted to do a diagonal design, un-konaded over.

I used China Glaze - Liquid Leather for the base color for all of my nails. Liquid Leather is such a shiny, gorgeous black. When Seche is added on the top, my nails have the appearance of being wet, I love it! Next I used colors from the China Glaze Kaleidoscope Collection. Can I just say *again* how much I LOVE China Glaze!! What a great collection Kaleidoscope is! Such a unique finish all of the colors have, plus really cute names too! The Kaleidoscope and OMG! collections from China Glaze have got to be my favorite collections of all time - so far! :)

This was one of those mani's that I just could not quit looking at! The contrast from the extra shiny, smooth creaminess of the black to the piecy, chunky, glittery look of the Kaleidoscopes, it made for a very interesting mani. What can I say, it had me at hello :)
I plan on doing this on my toes this weekend!

HOW IT TURNED OUT:

What do you all think?

Super duper cuuuute! I wish those polishes were available here (even if they were they'd prolly be too expensive. D:

You do diagonals so perfect!

RAI - You won't find these at Sally's (except the black) since they are old collections. You have to order them online at like Head 2 Toe - they are only like $3.29 ea, and the shipping isn't that bad either - cheap-o!!! lol

CHRISSY - Don't any of the etailers ship to you? Thanks, diagonals are really easy to do, you should try it and you will see that they are very easy to make come out straight. :)

Super stunning!!
I really like this diagonal pattern. I'll have to get some of those polishes; I have Sexagon and Visit Me in Prism, but I probably "need" to pick up some of the other shades as well before they are gone. When I'm not on a no-buy, that is... ;)

That looks awesome! For some reason, it reminds me of a tuxedo- like one of those fitted ones ladies wear in old movies about cabaret singers. If I was one of them, I'd definitely wear that manicure!

Very cute !! How many coats for colors ?

I love this design, but I only have Sexagon (and some of OMG collex), I'll try to do something about attractive :)

Adorable! I've heard great stuff about Seche topcoat but only from one person until now so I was afraid that I wouldn't like it, but now when I see it on your nails.. I have to get one bottle of it! I'm waiting for China Glaze Fast Forward and I've heard it's great but smells like h*ll.. I think I'll put this in my shopping cart. :)

Brooke this is super-cute! I am buying both of these collections soon when I place an online order.

Gorgeous! Did you use any type of striping tape to get the diagonal line so straight?

Alexlyndra - I noticed your comment regarding the Seche. I just tried it for the first time and love it. I usually use a UV gel top coat, but I used the Seche top coat (and the base ridge filler), and I truly think it's fabulous!
