HOW I KNOW I HAVE A NAIL POLISH PROBLEM. . .

I just came across nail polish with the name OKEY DOKEY........**blank stare**

And I bought it. Not only did I buy this, but I bought 6 of them.

Then I proceeded to go across the street to the next little mom and pop dollar store and picked up some more Santee's plus some nail art pens.

The OKEY DOKEY's were $1.49 ea
The Santee's were $1.00 ea
The LA Colors nail art pens were $1.49 ea

Ok so now I am gonna need all you ladies to finish the same sentence in the comments section -

I know I have a problem because I still insist on painting my nails when it is NOT possible for a mani to last at my work. (I am a chemist and I always wear gloves, but we use acetone all the time and it soaks through and ruins it).

I know I have a problem because my friends pointed out to me that I have 4 creme reds and another 3 shimmering reds and they thought they were the exact same....until I pointed out the differences between each polish. They have seen me buy a brown-grey, hunt down the perfect cherry red and franken my own shimmering grey after hunting for a similar colour in all the shops in vain since September.
My problem must be bigger than I thought....

I know I have a nail polish problem because I do enough with them to warrant a blog lol. Oh yeah, and those 400+ bottles stacked in my closet ... hmmm.

It's especially hard to resist when they're such a deal though! I mean, any time I see polish under $2.00 it pulls me like a magnet. I can only console you with the fact that soon you will have bought everything cool in all stores surrounding you - until they get in new stock lol.

You know you have a nail polish problem when you have so many that you forget that you already have this one np, so you buy it again.

RAI - Great buy on getting those LA's for a buck!!

REIKO - Been there, done that!! lol

NESSA - lol! Looks like we all do that from time to time!

NIXXY - Spent your rent money on nail polish??? Now THAT is bad!

TERESA - Thats too bad your work messes up your nails ;(

MELIA - I know, to the untrained eye nail polish colors do look the same.

COLETTE - Good point about the blog! lol I didn't think of that.

OLGA - I think I just did that too. I think I already own that blue glitter santee that I just re-bought!

I know I have a nail polish problem because I have been making a looong list of polish I want to receive for my birthday, which is in a month and a half.

I know I have a nail polish problem because I keep a notebook with pages listed by polish company. Under each heading are polishes that I want. I get the majority of my polish wants from pictures on the blogs.

FLAVIA - That's a good idea, so you will get exactly the ones you want! Happy early birthday~

LUCY - If I kept a list like that, it would be sooooooo long :)
