ROYAL JELLY

Royal Jelly - that's what they should have named this nail polish. However, Illamasqua decided to call this Propaganda. . . . .I like my name better :)

This was a polish I got through a swap with the craziest, funniest, talon wearing gal I know - Helen from Helen and Sheenies Nice Things. I have been seeing this nail polish on just about every blog so I was thankful to Helen for letting me in on all the fun.

I had no idea that this would be so "jellyish" until I put it on. What a nice surprise that was! This polish applied really nicely. This is two coats:

This is with flash, look at how blue this is compared to the non-flash pic.
See how much darker it is? There is still something about this though, that when you are wearing it, it is obviously a dark blue and not black.

Look at this! I even got some Sun pictures for you all today :)

I changed the settings a bit on this picture to try and make the color of the nails stand out from the dark background, so my skin color looks a little red here.

Of course I HAD to jazz this baby up just a weeee bit, so I added China Glaze - Golden Enchantment. Bada-Boom Bada-Bing, this baby's got zing! lol - why yes, I am a dork :)

I love the color of the Illamasqua and I agree with you, the name you picked out is a much better descriptor!

GRACE - Thank you! Anytime they want to exhange free polish for me re-naming their polish, I'm all for it lol - I know, keep dreamin'!

*blushes* thankyou - awww.

Glad you like it. The photos are amazing and you did a FAR better job of applying this than I did. I like the glittah too! Your nails look awesome too.

Love the colours on from the Icing nail polish post. And the Jellies!! Their gorgeous! Reminds me of skittles! (=

Oh, BTW, I checked ebay for the hello kitty faux image plate. I can only find it within a pack of 18. Is that the same thing you got?

Beautiful! You and Velvet (and soon Clockwork!) are going to force me to order some of these! And I always love the Golden Enchantment.

Lovely..I'm planning to order some Illamsquas next week, I want Muse and Hectic and now I will probably include this one in my order! When you remove this let me now if it stains..I'm desperately looking for a deep blu which doesn't create a mess when you remove it!

HELEN - Thank you again! This was really a wonderful color. What sort of application issues did you run in to?

VIOLET - I had the same thought, only I was just thinking a starry sky. It was so pretty in the sun.

SWEET LITTLE ANGEL - Yes, on the HK plate. I ordered the set. The set isn't bad though, lots of flowers and butterflies, but there are some images not available on the konad plates, so I thought it was worth it.

MARY - You are who inspirered me to use the Golden Enchantment, I saw it on your blog the other day :)

NIXXY - lol - yes, deadly, very good word!

LIANNE - Thank you!

FLAVIA - Thank you and have fun in London!!

KATIE - I DID have a little bit of staining with this. I think it was worth it though since the color is just beautiful. It is kind of like a glitter - a pain to take off but a joy to wear.

CLOCKWORK - You must get a nail polish order everyday!!! lol, ever time I'm at your blog it is pictures of another haul!!

VELVET - I just can't leave a plain polish alone, I gotta stamp it or bling it! lol

I actually like this polish, I am not a fan of jelly's (unless they have glitter in them) this looks really, really good.

The CG Golden Enhancement makes this look like a beautiful night sky.

AQUARACER - Thank you, isn't it? I just love this polish!

LUCY - I'm telling you, those nail treatments I have been using are working wonders on my nails!! The Barielle products that I got a while back to review.

ALEXLYNDRA - Thanks, I really liked it with the top coat of sparkle too.

OLIVIA - It is such a nice polish, and I have seen several other colors from this brand that I want too.

DEEZ NAILZ - I was wondering what this polish would look like if the golden enchantment was MIXED in with it, I bet it wpould look awesome!
