I have one last konad from last night that I did. Granted, this one is a little messy and not my best application. But I figures hey, all of my konadicures can't be masterpieces - right :P

WE HAVE A WINNAH ! ! !
SMOOCHIEFROG
is the lucky winner of the Sinful Shamrock Colors!!! Congratulations!! I have contacted her by email. Here is what you won:
Thanks to all who entered in this little last minute contest. As you may have seen I have a BIG PRIZE EXTRAVAGANZA CONTEST coming up, so if you weren't the winner here, check back for another chance - details coming sooooon :)
I OUT KONADED MYSELF
Yes! Your eyes do not deceive you, that is a HOLO KONAD! Isn't it just lovely? When I forced my bf to take a look at them, he said they were the best I had done so far. I couldn't agree more! The other day I was pretty damn proud of my blue & white houndstooth konadicure that I did, but this one takes the cake in my book.
WHAT I USED:
SEE!! I told you it would make you feel all warm and fuzzy in places you forgot ALLLLL about! :)
DINKY'S NOTD - UPDATE
Dinky's mani/pedi (which is it for dogs?) I did on her the other day is holding up so well I had to share with you all. OF course I guess this is a testament to how much I carry this little girl around, but she does walk on her own outside and stuff. Well just take a look! I only see minor chips and the nails are still in such great shape. I painted her nails on Tuesday night, the pic was taken Thursday night. The top coat of Seche has really helped with her mani. The last one was completely gone by the next day!
Also, I found a notepad laying on the coffee table with a little sketch on it. Upon closer inspection this is what I saw:
Dinky's dad is SOOOOOOO busted! Nice touch on adding her name too, babe! lmao! You KNOW I had to snap a pic and post it up here. Now I know what my bf and Dinky were sooo busy doing while I was painting my nails :)
I gotta frame this when I get home! (and use it for blackmail - hehehe)
OLD CHINA GLAZE FAVORITE
Indian Ocean is one of my favorite China Glazes of all time! Hot Apple was another one of my favorites. I literally went through the whole bottle of Hot Apple, don't think I have ever done that with any other nail polish - ever!
I used Indian Ocean last night for the base of a konadicure that is gonna make you feel warm and fuzzy in places you forgot you had - it's that hot (pics of that posted later). I love this color so much that I decided to do a post all of it's own on here. This is a really dark, dark blue, but it has sort of a purplish hue to it. The purple is very subtle, but it is there. I hate the word "blurple" so I'm NOT going to use it to describe this color.

I even took a pic of the back of the bottle to prove how old it is. Most of the BeautyCo sticker is gone (Beauty Co was HUGE here in Oklahoma, bigger than Sally's), but you can see where it starts off with $3! Now when is the last time you saw a China Glaze for $3 regular price (no discount or sale) in a store??? I'm 31 now and I am pretty sure I got this when I was around 18-20 yrs old.
BTW - I got on ebay and did a search for this little baby, it is going for $8.99 & $9.99. All these memories made me order another bottle since this one is almost gone! (I also got me a Hot Apple while I was at it :), I know I said I was gonna cut back on buying nail polish, but these have an emotional bond with me, so that makes them immune to my "no buy" proclamation!!)
So have any of you ever gone through a whole bottle of nail polish?
And if so, what color/brand was it?
WHAT YOU CAN WIN TODAY!!
I KNOW YOU WANT ME!!
THEN COME GET ME!!!
THEN COME GET ME!!!
If you haven't heard I am having a small little St. Patty's day inspired giveaway today. Please click here to enter to win! But remember this contest ends TODAY, so you don't have much time left!
Last night I used my set of the same colors to show you just how GREAT these look together. Sinful Colors # 198 Irish Green went on pretty sheer, so I decided to paint a white undercoat. I used my new Mac Hello Kitty Vestral White and painted one thin base coat. Then I used the Irish Green and painted a semi-thick coat of that over the white. Then to top it off I used #220 Green Ocean. Green Ocean is such a cool color ladies! It has glitter and flakies in it, which makes for one flashy nail! I topped it all off with a coat of Seche fast drying top coat.
I really could not stop looking at my nails last night. I really, really like this. This is my NOTD, and I have already gotten a compliment from the lady at 7-11, my son's daycare and even one of the guys here at work noticed my nails.
To make this look yours you can do two things:
ENTER MY GIVEAWAY and win it!
Or, go down to Walgreen's and buy these colors yourself. They are in a special Shamrock Colors display, but hurry! Most of the displays I have seen have almost been emptied. These nail polishes retail for $1.99 ea.
I looked on Sinful's website and I saw neither of these colors listed for sale on there, which leads me to believe that these are a LE (limited edition) release. I have an email into Sinful to find out some more info, so hopefully I will hear back from them.
Good Luck!
