SALLY HANSEN - LEATHER OR NOT

What a strange and unique color this is. I found this at the Dollar Tree yesterday. In the store it looked more brown and I thought it might be a color that my mom would like. When I looked at it at home it appeared to be sort of golden and green. I believe that it is all three of those colors. I actually kind of liked it after I put it on. This polish is super thin though and the brush was even thinner, lol! It took 4 to 5 coats to be opaque and that was with careful application. I also kind of like the name too, Leather or Not.

COLETTE - Mine has been nail polish dry for a long time now. However I heard on a couple of other nail blogs that their DT's had some nail polish back in stock. I checked two DT's and neither had what I saw on other blogs, but they did have some new stuff in. most wasn't worth the drive, but I did find at least two good ones. I have another DT I'm going to try at lunch only because I have an errand right by one. But it at least is worth checking out at your local DT.

Oh my goodness.... this is sooooo pretty! I am not a fan of 3 to 5 coaters, but this looks so good on you.

I love seeing pic's and swatches of these old Sally Hansen's -

What an interesting color; if leather was shimmery I think that is what it would look like!

wow, what a find at the dollar store!! This color is gorgeous and fairly unique (plus the name is cute). Too bad it takes 4-5 coats, but at least the final result is worth it.

OMG Brooke! I have never spent so much money at a dollar store ... well, 5 dollar stores >.> I don't know if I can even get them organized enough to get a haul post together LOL but I'm going to try so check my blog tomorrow. I didn't find this pretty color you got, but ... well, I don't think I can be mad about that considering what I did end up with. Thanks for the heads up (I think) =)

Another great find, Brooke! This is GORGEOUS, even better than that purpley pink one I first commented on, such a glowy color.
