ICY PINK

Icy is the best descriptive word for this mani. The base color is Essie - Pink Parka. I then layered Maybelline - Wet Shine Diamonds over the top. I love how this turned out! It is super shiny and bright, and it really does look like it is wet shiny.

(Left blurred to show how wet and shiny this looks!)

I added some konad to this and will show you my NOTD with this in an upcoming post.

I LOVE pink and have actually been debating about Pink Parka for a while. Your pictures helped me decide - I LOVE IT! Can't wait to see your Konad designs :)

Very pretty. I think I might have to pick up a bottle of the wet shine diamonds. I recently did some freehand designs on my nails and posted a pic on my blog if you want to look. I am still an amateur but I like nail polish. ;)
