Bet you thought I forgot about guys today, didn't ya? The day just blew by and I didn't get time to post earlier today, so I'm doing it from home tonight.
My NOTD started with about 5 coats of China Glaze - Moody Blue, a very watery, baby blue jelly polish. I love this color and think it is worth it to paint the 5 required coats. I ordered some little metal initial nail art bits from Transdesign several months ago, and actually forgot I had them until the other day. I decided to use them on my ring fingers. I used little gold dots to form a circle around the "B" and to form a polka dot pattern.

Ooooh, moody blue is such a pretty blue! Shame that it needs 5 coats! :O
wow!! u always made a fabulous mani...
so cute!
Nice mani, i like the big glitters. I think you are the only blogger making pictures of your nails in the dark by the tv, lol!
FIVE coats! You must really love this color. This is a really pretty mani :)
Beautiful shade of blue. Would it help to use a white nail polish first? Or maybe it would lose the jelly quality. Five coats is so much but I love it. Love the dots and the initial. Very pretty manicure. Have a wonderful weekend.
5 coats is crazy! But I agree it's worth it for this gorgeous baby blue shade. Love the nail art too!
OK, 5 coats is insane.....but this look is absolutely gorgeous Brooke!
This looks gorgeous. Don't know whether I'd wait for 5 coats to dry mind you! :) x
this is fabulous!!!
i don't have patience for 5 coats, lol but it's a very pretty color :)
What a great manicure! I am loving the baby blue.
crap! now I need moody blue. you make lemmings for me too easily
oh! i always love a good baby blue, especially with gold accents! adding this one to the list! oh, wait, its already on it! duh!
Adorable I love it! I don't know why I haven't seen swatches of it already!???!!!!!
Oh but I do love this! I love how you encircled the B with the dots, it must have been really tedious!
What a pretty combo! You're going to make me go broke buying nail art!
Great manicure! Love how the 'B' sticks out, but the added gold polka dots help it all mesh into a gorgeous blue/gold mix.
Moody Blue is a beautiful blue, but for some reason it reminds me completely of RBL Bikini Bottom - especially with the 5 coats needed. Do you know if they are similar?
Pretty mani ! That blue is so cute :)
Great design and color! Please check out my blog if you have a chance. I would love some feedback.
