I did these on my sister's toes last night. She wanted something Fourth of July inspired, so this is what we came up with.

LIZ - It was a combo of colors. The red was ruby pumps with a layer of NYX red glitter. The blue was a base of ChG Frostbite and then a blue glitter polish on top, Barry M brand but can't remember the color! The white stripe was done using a Nubar nail art pen.
