SANTA BABY

Maybe you guys have noticed the Daily Dose of Dinky in the right upper corner of this page. Well Dinky is my baby girl! I love this little dog so much, I mean if I had to choose between my Dinker Doo and the BF let's just say my baby girl ain't going nowhere - lol!
Anyway, this post is totally not nail related, but I just had to share the most adorable clothes I picked up for my baby. I found them at a pet boutique here called Mann's Best Friend.

First up is some jammies:

OH MY DOG! (cheesy, I know) Seriously, how cute are these?? They look just like baby pajamas.

Next up, the cutest Santa outfit - EVER:

If you can't tell from the picture, it is velvet and is trimmed with white fur. And if that wasn't enough, it also comes with a matching hat (Dinker sooooo isn't going to wear this) and a matching leash.

Don't know how many of you have dogs and buy them clothes, but usually dog clothes are kind of expensive. These weren't too bad, the whole Santa outfit with hat and leash was $37.00 and the jammies were $22.00. SO, since they like to charge an arm and a leg for dog clothes, I figured hey, I can sew dog clothes! I posted a few pics of the stuff I have made below. I thought I had a picture of this blue party dress I made for her, it was the one I was most proud of, but I didn't find it on my computer.

This red striped shirt was the first thing I ever sewed for her!

When I get some pics of Dinky dressed as Santa Baby (like as soon as my butt walks through the door tonight), I will post them up here for ya. I'm sure you guys are perched at the edge of your seats waiting on them too - :P

**Note** If anyone is interested in finding these clothes for your own pets, the website can be found by clicking on their name, Doggie Design. They have a store locater that can tell you the name address and phone number for stores in your state that carry the Doggie Design brand.

Soooooo cute Brooke! I wish I had a dog. Especially a cute little one that I could dress up like Dinky. I do though have 2 very fat cats. They definitely do not let me dress them up though.

Did you get that nail art link? Wasn't it cool?

KATEE - I got the link, I was hoping to try it out last night, but after I got home, doing nails wasn't on my to-do list. I am going to give it a whirl this weekend though! Thanks for the link, I love all the ideas you guys can throw at me!

Hi! I'm pretty new to Blogger and Blog Catalog. I have four blogs and one of them is called Darling Dinky Dogs, so I searched for the word Dinky Dogs and your blog with the photo of your little dog came up. She is so cute. Don't you just love dressing her up? I also dress up my Dinky Daisy. She's a Pomchi, a Pomeranian / Chihuahua with long hair. Perhaps you would like to stop by and visit my blog? Have a great New Year! Carol Jean and The Dinky Dogs. (I have 9 dogs on my blog, but 2 have passed on. They are Chihuahua, or Chihuahua mixes and one Chinese Crested.)
