THIS LIL BADASS RIGHT HERE....

Lordy Lordy! I've been MIA today because of new puppy issues. Apparently this little guy has some issues. He got very aggressive with a treat last night and is showing signs of definite food aggression - boo hoo, right!

I'm taking him to a trainer/behaviorist tomorrow to see what he can tell me about what we need to do. So needless to say this little Banana is a handful!

He is usually pretty sweet and playful and watching Cesar Millan on the Dog Whisperer I know we can get this little one in the right state of mind. We all already love this little badass puppy, lol.

So please bear with me through this, ok girls!

Look at this little meanie!

Our little chihuahua/rat terrier was really bad when we got her but within a couple of weeks we managed to get the food aggression (and general "I'm the boss
attitude) to be cured almost completely. He could be adjusting a little roughly and just needs to know who is leader of the pack in your den! But lol, we tried all those Dog Whisperer tricks and she would not respond to any of it- she really is my dog- stubborn to the core!

I love the pics of the puppy! I had adopted two sisters once and one of the girls had super aggressive tendencies (ow, ow, and ow it hurt), so I did a lot of behavioral modification with her and it took a while but she really turned around her behavior and during the time I could see her stop and think do I really want to do this and I saw her make better and better choices. It took time and she still bit for a while, though. Best wishes I know you can do this retraining with your new pup. -JenB

He almost looks too tiny to pull that stuff, but I guess he's got Napoleon syndrome? I'm sure y'all will get him sorted out and he'll be well-mannered in no time. So cute, though!

That little belly almost hitting the ground is a riot! Good idea to get him sorted out right away. You don't want that bad behavior to rub off on that sweet little girl. Don't want her getting bit either. What a sweet face though! Bad boy!
