I feel like such an idiot!! I saw this in Sally's yesterday and was gonna pick it up, but put it back because it looked like the base color was clear... I fail miserably LMAO!

i picked this up a while ago, and while the concept is gorgeous, mine applied like OATMEAL! it was horrible, couldn't get it near the edges, total lumpy mess. i wore it that afternoon and itched to take it off. i poured some clear in hoping that would help it but haven't had the motivation to try it again yet knowing i very well may have to take it right off :(
