FINGER PAINTS SAPPHIRE SHIMMER OVER LOREAL WATERS EDGE

Here I layered Sapphire Shimmer over Waters Edge to see what it would look like. I like the outcome, I think it looks really pretty.

The combination is amazing. On it's own the Sapphire Shimmer is too sheer for me. Together they are lovely. A beautiful ocean with the bright sunlight making the water sparkle.
