That being said, I do like the color Fresh Teal. This applied very nice with only 2 coats. Like most neons, it dried to a matte finish. The pictures shown are with top coat.

MILANI NEON - FRESH TEAL
First off, as I'm sure you can tell from the pictures, the bottles are painted. That is why my nails color looks different. I personally don't like painted bottles, I like to see exactly the color that is inside the bottle for that reason alone, the colors aren't exact.
That being said, I do like the color Fresh Teal. This applied very nice with only 2 coats. Like most neons, it dried to a matte finish. The pictures shown are with top coat.

This blue looks great, I don't like when a bottle it painted either.
i didn't get any of these because of the painted bottles =(
I wouldn't mind the painted bottle if it was true to color. Love that pretty turquoise. Looks fantastic on you.
