MILANI JEWEL FX - GEMS

Ya'll KNOW I liked this one - glittah is my thing! Gems is VERY similar to Lippmann's Happy Birthday. They are almost dupes, but not quite. The glitter colors are a little different and the shape of some of the glitter is different. However, with out a close up photo and side by side comparison, you can't really tell the difference. Shown is 2 coats - and you can see how well this covered.

I don't have a multicolored glitter. I'm going to have to find this one. Thanks for the swatches!

When someone says a 'glitter polish' this is the one that comes to mind. I think it's so pretty.

Some one else blogged this one about a month ago I think it was that this was a dupe for Deb Lip Happy Birthday - but not quite. Enough for Govt work right? Since I already have Happy Birthday (who could leave that one alone???), I won't freak that I never can get any Milani polishes because I have to drive 60 mils to the one drug store that has it (life in a rural area)...and when I get there it's always all picked over - I am lucky to see 5 shades maybe and they are never anything I would want.

It looks a lot like NYX's Carnival, too. I bought that one recently and I love this multicolor glitter.
