FOURTH OF JULY IN OCTOBER?

Well not really, but it sure looks like from these nails, huh! I did this design earlier this year for the Fourth of July. I got this wonderful design from one of my favorite websites. Please click here to be directed to their site. I highly recommend checking out that website if you like doing your own nail art. They have wonderful step by step instructions with pictures. They have tons of different designs and most look very professional, not just cheesy designs you normally find out there. The other best thing about this site is they have a new design tutorial EVERY WEEK! They currently have about 150 different nail art tutorials to choose from.

AIRBRUSH?
There is also another website that has instructions for air brushing. I don't have the tools to airbrush, so I haven't tried any of those designs out. It looks like they have about 75 airbrush tutorials.

Anyway, back to the Fourth of July nail art.
This was very easy to do! This was so easy I did one hand while I was at work. I don't recall the exact color or brand of the red that I used, it was sparkly and glittery though. The dark blue stripe was done using OPI - Indian Ocean. The gold stripe was done using a gold glitter nail stripping pen. The little foil stars were from a nail art kit I got at Walgreens. After I started doing this I wish I would have used all silver stars for a better look.
Please click here to be directed to the instructions for this particular design.
