ICING - J ADORE

How the heck are you supposed to say this name, j adore? Is that French? This is a dusty, muted blue. I kept thinking that it was a Tiffany blue, but I don't have anything to compare it to, and it seemed like it might be a little too muted for that. Either way, it is along the lines of the same type of blue.

It is French and they should have used an apostrophe on the label: J'adore. (That might help you pronounce it, too.) It means "I adore you", but can be used for expressing your adoration of things, as well. You can hear Charlize Theron say it at the end of this ad for Dior J'adore: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ezWJ_B7LxbY

That's a beautiful color and it looks great on you.

AIMEE - Thanks! I think there might be an apostrophe, but their labels are always kind of smudged. Now I know how to say it, I was saying it like "JAY adore" lol, somehow I knew I was wrong :)

I also thought of Tiffany when I saw it. Very pretty!

Oh, what a gorgeous pale blue! It kind of reminds me of China Glaze "For Audrey", like you said, a Tiffany blue, maybe a tad more pale, but in the same color family nonetheless.

How is the application on this?

Pastels tend to be a little streaky and thick, at least that's my experience with them, but this one seems very smooth and glossy?

EVERCOULDBE - Application was great for me, I believe I used either 2 or 3 coats on this, probably 3 since that is my usual. No streaking problems at all.
