IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN GIRLS!! I AM WORKING ON THIS YEARS VALENTINE'S DAY BOUQUET OF NAIL POLISH. HOPE TO HAVE IT UP NEXT WEEK.

Do you have a tutorial for how to make this bouquet? I am a cosmetology student currently in the nail care class and this would make a great gift for my fellow students as individual roses of course.
