First off KAE, taste the rainbow doesn't mean literally, I know how YOU are woman!
I did this using Color Club's POPTASTIC collection. I will have a full review of this collection coming up soon, but I wanted to use these colors ASAP. You all know I can't leave a bottle of neon polish laying around with out using it. I then layered Klean Color - Chunky Silver on the top. Been using that one alot lately, but it just looks really good on.
