REALLY OLD POLISH - TG&Y YALL!

Tell me you all remember TG&Y stores??!!! I can't believe that I still remember them, they closed them all down so long ago, but I have faint memories of going to some with my mom as a child.

Anyway - I have more OLD goodies to show you! I almost fainted when I saw these two beauties! And got a good chuckle when I saw they came from TG&Y!! I have tried to find out more on Cutex Special Effects polishes but I have come up empty! It looks like there were at least 6 colors in this series, judging from the numbers from the bottom of the bottles. Obviously Blue Blazes is killing it over 18k - I want more of these though!

I totally remember TG&Y! It was near my house growing up and where we did all our shopping!

I remember the old Cutex polishes - I had a gorgeous iridescent pink once upon a time. *memories* Anyway, I really like that Blue Blazes. Is it a purple base or did you layer it over a purple?

MEGAN - It had a almost jelly like purple base with blue glitter.

MOM - Good thing they aren't around anymore or Little would want to go there ALL the time! Those three things are some of his favorites!

This fun, keep sharing your finds! I shot an email out to my freecycle group so thanks for reminding me that I could do that too!
I think I had this "Blue Blazes" back in the day...it's soooo familiar and very pretty!

I haven't seen a Cutex polihs in many years. That must really be old. Blue Blazes is fantastic. Never heard of that store. Probably not on the East Coast.
