GARAGE SALE FIND, FRANKEN & WHAT'S COMING UP!

Look what my Mom snagged at a garage sale for me:

She got some more (polishes not Street Wears), but this was the standout of the bunch. Can't wait to try it out and get pictures posted for you all.

Also, my franken name was decided on, meet FADE TO JADE:

Also, I should have some swatches of these colors today for you all as well.

Lastly, I started posting recipes for the desserts I showed you all yesterday. You can find them on POLISHING OFF. . . , for those of you that were interested.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but that old Street Wear looks like it may be closer to what you were originally going for with your Franken?

COLETTE - No, not quite. The jade green color I was going for more resembles like the jade statues and things you find in like chinese and Asian decor, the lighter green jade.

Revlon Street Wear Grass Stain is my favorite nail polish color, EVER. I wore it for my wedding, back in the early 1990's. I still have my original bottle, and now only wear it for special occasions. (as the amount is dwindling.) I've tried to franken it, but it never quite hits the mark :...(
Kudos for you! Great find, Getcha Nails Did's Mom!!!
And it looks AWESOME with Hidden Treasure.
Yay!

I love that shade of green. Amazing with HT over it. Great finds. I wish my Mom was around to do the same for me. She loved yard sales.
