NYX GIRLS - CHOCOLATE TAUPE w/ KLEANCOLOR V.I.P.

I layered Kleancolor V.I.P. over NYX Girls Chocolate Taupe.

NYX GIRLS - CHOCOLATE TAUPE

Today I'm going to show you several NYX Girls nail polishes. Not to long ago they did a bottle makeover, and I really like it. And while I do love that the names of the polishes are printed on the bottles, you don't have to worry about a sticker falling off. I do think they should have some printed in black ink AND white ink, on the darker colors it is really hard to read what the polish name is, and I know on a few bottles I got in the past I had to make my own label for it.

This is chocolate taupe - a perfect name for this color. It is the cool mushroomy, gray brown color that was all the rage a year or so ago. This was really creamy and smooth.

NOTD - OUT OF THIS WORLD!

This is my NOTD today and think it's pretty cool. I did a 3 coats of Ruby Kisses Pure Black, a black jelly polish and then added two top coats of NYX Enchanted Forest, a chunky green glitter. It just has a spaced out look to it that I'm really diggin'

In a previous post someone asked me what that sparkly green thing is, it is my phone cover. I meant to reply back to you and forgot, sorry!

NOTD - ANOTHER LADYLIKE ONE???

What is with me and these soft, ladylike koni's I have done?? This is so not like me and I need to doing something neon & glitterfied SOON!!

For the base I used NYX - Sheer Nude (I have already been over the discrepancies over the name of this one before, so I will leave it alone this time) and then used China Glaze - Awaken for the stamp color. I then, ever so daintily, affixed the sweetest pearls to the center of each delicate bud - awwwwwww!
Also, threw in a couple swatches of NYX - Sheer Nude on it's own. It is a pink jelly base with golden shimmery glitter. It did take about 5 coats to reach bottle color though.

MAY CAUSE ERRATIC HEARTBEATS!

So for todays NOTD I went with Sally Hansen - Heartbeat (Frost or Creme, see the post below on that). I topped it off with NYX - Dark Red Glitter. I have three things to say about this:

O
M
G

This is so glittery I love it! I love the big chunks of holo glitter, it just really stands out against the dark red base. I know to some people this looks "christmasey", but I don't think it does. Of course I am a glitter freak, so it's like an everyday thing with me :) In the sun this looks spectacular!
