CHEAP, DRUGSTORE BRAND SWATCHES - THE GREENS

Lastly, I have the GREENS for you all. This post is sort of a fail, in that two of the four polishes I am showing you aren't drugstore brand. Last night when I pulled them out though, I wasn't planning on doing a drugstore only brand post. So please forgive me on that note.

I had so much fun doing these, that I think I might continue on with a couple more colors tomorrow.


GOLDEN DRAGON




This polish was a gift to me from Helen from Helen and Sheenies Nice Things. We did a swap a while back and this was one of the polishes that she sent me. It is a blueish green base with tons of gold shimmer through out.


STUNNER





I call this a green, but I guess it really could be labeled under several different colors. To me, I consider this a dark, grungy Olive green. Isn't this a beauty though? Unfortunately it looks mostly black in indoor lighting. I just loved these bottles with the big jewels on top. Super duper pretty. If I had my own line of nail polish, I would want to incorporate a jewel like this on my bottle. This is one of the cheap ones, around $2. However, I don't believe this is available any more.


ENTOURAGE




The shimmer is what makes this polish. If it weren't for that I don't' think I would like this one nearly as much.



PEARL JUNGLE




This looks kind of foily, but it really isn't. It is packed full of flat, flaky pieces. This is a $1 polish that I found at a local dollar store (not Dollar Tree). Santee is a good brand of polish I think. The formula isn't bad, they just have a limited selection of colors. I have seen these at local beauty supply stores too.

GOODIES FROM ENGLAND

YES!!! My goodies from my swap with HELEN came in the mail yesterday. Of course the package contained several extras I didn't know she was including, so now I feel my end of the swap with her is on the light side now! Not to fear Helen, I will get you back! :) Feast your eyes on what "rainy old England" has to offer:

YES!! Glitter central! All of these are glitters, with the exception of the last one, a light, yellow creme.

These she snuck in on me!! Two Barry M's and a Gosh.
