APPLE OF MY EYE - NOTD

Doesn't this look so boring compared to the Poolside collection I just posted....

I used Loreal - Apple of my Eye, a bright - almost orange red jelly polish. I used a base coat of a flesh colored polish and used 2 coats of Apple of my Eye. The stickers I believe are from Color Club but I am not positive.

MOM'S MANI

This is a mani I did on my Mom Sunday night. I FINALLY got my Mom to tune into one of the crazy dating shows that VH1 does, so we did nails while watching Frank the Entertainer in a Basement Affair. LOL! It isn't one of VH1's best since the girls are living in his Mom's house they haven't been getting as wild and ridiculous as they normally do. But I guess it's a good one to break her into with. I think this needs to be a regular Sunday thing now; Frank the Entertainer and a mani!

For her nails we used Nubar - Prize from their recent Prism collection. Since this color is so strong we didn't really think a konad stamp would hold it's own without being a really bold one, so she opted for a few stickers. They are pretty close to the color of polish, but they do stand out a little bit.

NOTD - STRAIGHT MONEY IN THE BANK

OMG, I love this mani! I love wearing stuff like this and making this whole nail thing that I do fun. I have been wearing this since Saturday and I love it!! I got the nail decals (which are water decals) from a seller on Ebay. I also got some little guns too that I'm sure I will be using really soon. I really like how detailed the money fans are! (You can tell they are hunnids!!)

STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE V-DAY MANI

You guys remember Strawberry Shortcake the doll/cartoon, right? Well that's what this Valentine's Day mani was inspired by. The base color was already reminding me of strawberry milk, and now with the addition of the red dots it really took on little Miss Strawberry Shortcake.

For the base I used PA - Q24 nail polish. Then I added some heart stickers that Jen from Never Too Much Glitter sent to me. These stickers already had the rhinestones stuck on them, but you could easily just use plain heart stickers and add your own stones. Then I used my red glitter nail art pen and added the red dots. I also used the nail art pen to fill in a couple of the heart stickers for more pop in color. For something so simple, I just love this! As you can tell, I really liked it since there are about 100 pictures of it below.

Pictures below were taken outside in shade, this really shows off the silver glitter in the PA polish:

I hope my Valentine's Day inspirations keep coming, I'm having so much fun doing these mani's !!

NOTD - SANDALS, FLIP FLOPS & HIP HOP

I guess I was needing a little bright light neon in my life, so I decided on Misa's blindingly neon pink Sandals, Flip Flop and Hip Hop (great name!). I love Misa's nail polish for several reasons - the colors, the formula and the square bottles. Today has been our first day of fall weather, with it actually being chilly this morning!! SO what better than a bright neon pink to really stand out against all the dark blues and grays of the day :)

I added a couple nail art stickers since I wanted to jazz it up a bit but didn't feel like wagging out all my konad stuff last night.

(This color really changes in flash and regular day light shots, but it is in real life a neon, orangey pink color - a combo of what you see in both shots!)

I loved the last shot, I think it really shows just how neon this polish is with the black back ground.
