The color stay nail polishes come with their own top coat- so the polish has a 1 on it and the topcoat has a 2- if I remember right! Lots of people pick up the two packs at Big Lots because they love to use the topcoat under their SV to keep shrinkage at bay. I've gone some put back for you for the next time I see you!

i was under the impression that the colorstays didn't dry without their special topcoat, like a resin basically. did it dry properly?
