WHAT IN THE HECK ARE THEY?


So it has been brought to my attention that my second post I did on the Maybelline nail polishes I got are not duo-chromes as I claimed.

First off, I want to say I appreciate the feedback and corrections I was given :)

Sooooo, since they aren't duo-chromes, what in the heck are they then? lol Help me out here ladies!! As soon as we get this figured out, I will go back and correct my post!


**UPDATE: Looking at the oh-so helpful "FINISHES" list located in the right sidebar of NAIL JUICE, I think I found out what these might be called:

Irridescent - A shimmer in a polish that is often a different colour.

    I have such a hard time figuring out all the different finishes - sometimes I just resort to "it's pretty ok!".

    I am amazed at how much the nail polish bloggers know about the polish. I can't tell the difference between shimmer and glass flecks. I just know what I like. Good thing there are people who are in the know!
