A grayed out blue with silver shimmer. This applied pretty good and the shimmer showed up. I was pleased that it did, but then I thought it ended up looking a little frosty with all that shimmer. I like it though, a very calming blue shade.
WATERS EDGE
This color looks like the really blue water you only see in tropical pictures. It is a little bit green, and it shows more green in real life than it looks here in these pics. This is three coats and it applied fairly nice.
I made a franken using this color and will have it up shortly for you all to see.
Brooke, both are beautiful on you and great application. Did you get the other one? (can't remember the name of it)
ReplyDeleteI like this collection - I'm going to attempt a marble with all 3 colors this weekend if I have time, but I've never used L'Oreal so I'm not sure how it's going to turn out =/
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful. I bought the trio but haven't yet had the chance to wear them. I'm glad to see Water's Edge look a bit brighter than the bottle. All 3 look like they'd go together well in some nail art design, so it was great to read Collette will be trying to do a marble with them (for once I have all the same colors). ReplyDeleteRMCENDELIGHT - No, I didn't get the 3rd one, I just wasn't loving the shade of blue that it was. Plus at $5 each it wasn't worth it. :)
