SPINACH PESTO MANICOTTI DISH


I will work on the recipe tonight and post it up for you all in the morning. I have a tendency to not measure things and follow recipes to the "t", so I don't have an exact recipe right now. But tonight I will work on what I used and how much and get the recipe up in the morning.


Since I have had so many requests for this recipe, I might try and do a fun little contest with it too. Of course more details of that . . . . .in the morning :)

    Ooooh! I am SO glad you're gonna post the recipe! I will make it and take pictures for you! I loooove manicotti, spinach, ricotta....and pesto! YUMYUMYUM.
