BOOM SHOCKA LOCKA!

That's what this next mani makes we want to say. I used another one of my new Nabi brand nail polishes. This time I chose Neon Blue. I had a little bit of trouble using Neon Blue. I think it was a little on the thick side, so next time I may want to put some thinner in it.

Neon Blue was also on the sheer side. I applied three coats and this was as opaque as I got. You can tell in some of the pics where it looks thin on my nails.

You can really see the thinness in this pic where I didn't use my flash.

Next, I topped it off with another new polish. I chose Ruby Kisses (RK) Baby Blue. I tried to use RK - Baby Blue on it's own, and it was WAY to sheer, so that's why I chose Nabi - Neon Blue for the base. When you put Neon Blue with Baby Blue - you GOTSTA say BOOM SHOCKA LOCKA! lol
